HTF-NT1 Gas Nitriding Furnace
Precision nitriding furnace for hard-wear-resistant nitrogen case on alloy steels.
Gas nitriding produces a hard, wear-resistant surface on alloy steels at relatively low temperatures (480–570 °C), minimising distortion. The HTF-NT1 supplies controlled ammonia flow through a precision mass-flow controller, while the dissociation rate sensor maintains the required Kn nitrogen potential throughout the cycle.
