HTF-QH1 Quench Hardening Furnace
Integrated austenitising furnace with oil / polymer quench tank.
The HTF-QH1 system packages an austenitising chamber furnace with a powered quench elevator and an agitated oil or polymer quench tank. Parts are transferred from maximum temperature to immersion in the quench medium within 10 seconds, achieving full martensite transformation in tool steels and engineering grades.
