Low-temperature precisely controlled tempering furnace for post-quench treatment.
Post-quench tempering requires accurate temperatures in the 150–700 °C range to achieve the correct balance of hardness and toughness. The HTF-TM1's forced-air recirculation achieves ±3 °C uniformity, while its twin-chamber design allows simultaneous processing of two hardness grades.
