IO-AGING1 Aluminium Ageing Oven
Precision low-temperature oven for age-hardening aluminium alloys to 250 °C.
Artificial ageing of aluminium alloys (T5, T6, T73 treatments) demands tight temperature control and uniform hold across the full batch. The IO-AGING1 features multiple thermocouple zones and a variable-speed recirculation blower that automatically adjusts airflow to the batch load, ensuring each billet or extrusion reaches the same precipitation-hardened condition.
