When advanced engineering ceramics, oxide refractories, or nuclear-material simulants must be fired or tested at extreme temperatures, the IMF-1500 delivers consistent results to 1500 °C. Silicon carbide rods arranged on four walls in the muffle ensure excellent temperature uniformity across larger charges.
