HE-Ribbon Flat Ribbon Resistance Element
Flat ribbon heating element for high-watt-density uniform surface heating.
Ribbon elements offer a higher surface area-to-volume ratio than round wire, enabling elevated watt density with lower hot-spot temperatures. SAWHEAT's NiCr or FeCrAl ribbon elements are used in continuous-belt furnace decks, infrared oven panels, and food-processing equipment.
