FF-GAS1 Gas-Fired Forging Furnace
High-throughput gas-fired furnace for billet and ingot forging heat.
The FF-GAS1 uses high-velocity gas burners with recuperative heat exchangers to bring steel billets and ingots to forging temperature rapidly. Twin-door loading, a walking-beam transfer system, and programmable soaking times ensure billets reach the press or hammer at uniform temperature every cycle.
